Description
Colour and structure in perfect balance. This pendant in 18k gold is centred on a natural blue sapphire of 0.55 ct in an oval form its deep, velvety blue the focal point of the entire composition. From each side of the oval, six spike-like structures radiate outward, three on each side, each one slightly curved and bent backward to give the pendant a dynamic, three-dimensional quality as though the spikes are in gentle motion around the stone. Round brilliant diamonds stud the design, adding sparkle to the architectural framework that surrounds the sapphire. Bold in structure, rich in colour, and quietly dramatic.
