1. Introduction

Welcome to Kef Diamonds. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (the “Site”) and any services provided via the Site (collectively, the “Services”). By using or making a purchase from our Site, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your country) to use this Site.
• By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
3. Account, Registration & Security
• You may be required to create an account to place orders. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You agree not to share your account or let others use it.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Ordering & Acceptance
• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g., out-of-stock items, pricing errors, suspicious activity).
• If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a refund if payment was already taken.
• Prices, availability, and descriptions of products may change without notice.

5. Payment
• Payment must be made through the payment methods listed on our Site.
• You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your order (including taxes, duties, shipping).
• We may require identity verification or additional documentation for certain orders.

6. Shipping & Delivery
• We will ship items in accordance with our Shipping Policy (link to that).
• Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the package is delivered (or in line with the courier’s policies).
• If a delivery fails due to an error on your part (wrong address, not present, etc.), you may be responsible for additional shipping costs or a redelivery fee.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• Generally, items must be returned in original condition, with all packaging, tags, certificates, etc.
• For returns/exchanges not due to defect, a restocking fee may apply.
• Special/custom orders may not be eligible for return.
• Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process the refund (minus any fees) to your original payment method.

8. Warranty & Defects
• We offer a lifetime warranty (or whatever your warranty is) against manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, wear and tear, or work done by third-party repairers.
• If the item has been altered or repaired by another party, the warranty will be voided.
• To make a warranty claim, you must contact us, return the item in question, and provide proof of purchase and evidence of defect.

9. Intellectual Property
• All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs, trademarks) is owned by or licensed to Kef Diamonds.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our permission.
• You grant us a license to use any content (e.g. reviews, photos) you submit to the Site.

10. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kef Diamonds is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from your use of the Site or products.
• Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
• We do not guarantee the Site will always be free from errors, downtime, viruses, or interruptions.
• You use the Site and purchase products at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kef Diamonds, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamabad Capital Territory, Pakistan (or the relevant federal/provincial law as applicable).
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Islamabad (or another agreed-upon jurisdiction in Pakistan), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
