Returns & Exchange

Diamond and Precious Gem Jewelry purchased from KEF Diamonds can be returned/exchanged, the price calculations for the returning item will be 82% of the total invoice value i.e. nominal deduction of 18% will be done of the total invoice value.

Customized Jewelry

Custom made, altered or damaged products will not be covered under the above mentioned return/exchange policy.

Quality Check

All return/exchange will be subject to a quality check. If the product is broken or damaged it will not be covered in the above mentioned return/exchange policy.

Proof of Purchase

For any return/exchange of Diamond and Precious Gem Jewelry the original invoice along with the Certificate is mandatory.
